With the beginning of the month, I am creating another layered card using Graphic 45 papers. I decided that I would make this a monthly post sharing the designer paper for that month.
In February, we see so many Valentine cards, I decided to create a February card that could work for any celebration during the month. This could easily work as a birthday card, Anniversary, and in a pinch a Valentine Card.
